Delhi Technical University (DTU) was established in 1941. The University has been affiliated to University of Delhi since 1952. Programmes offered by the University are Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Delhi School of Management (DSM) was started in 2009 along with Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) attaining a University status. Thereafter it was renamed as Delhi Technical University (DTU) by the Delhi State Assembly via a legislature passed. DSM visualizes of producing future global leaders by imparting quality education to the students. Students are provided the knowledge of developing their skills and applying their skills in real life challenges. DSM was started with a belief of inculcating quality management education in the future managers so that they could make themselves top global leaders and bring a change in the industry. India Today has ranked DTU as the most respected ranking institute in the Nielsen Survey.
