The Department of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management (HSS&M) at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar offers a two-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, aimed at developing future-ready business professionals with a strong foundation in leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic management. Admission: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in any discipline from a recognized university. Admission to the MBA program is based on scores in CAT/MAT/CMAT, followed by a group discussion and personal interview conducted by the department.

Accreditation: NIT Srinagar, an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, offers an AICTE-approved MBA program through the HSS&M. This program, in line with the institute’s legacy of technical and managerial excellence, integrates core management subjects with electives and a significant amount of practical exposure.
