Department of Management Studies is one the top IITs of the country. The institute is committed to play a vital role in creating the learning environment for the students to help them in creation of new ideas and innovations and help them to be future market leaders. For this our faculty is making efforts in contributing towards the development of the country as well as individual. Programmes run under the Department of Management Studies are three MBA programmes- a two-year full-time MBA programme, a two-year full-time MBA programme with centre as Telecommunication Systems Management and a three-year Executive MBA programme with centre as Technology Management. Specialization offered in Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Strategy, Organisation Management and Human Resource. DMS faculty has contributed in many UN bodies and international professional associations and has also claimed for their contribution in knowledge production and research publications. DMS has been ranked 2nd among IIMs and IITs by Stanford in research output.
