Xavier Institute of Social Service, commonly known as XISS Ranchi, is an autonomous management institute located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The PGDM at Xavier Institute of Social Service includes four two-year, full-time postgraduate management programmes in Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Marketing Management and Financial Management. Applicants seeking XISS PGDM admission must hold a recognised three- or four-year bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks, relaxed to 45% for SC and ST applicants. Admission for the current cycle considers valid CAT, XAT or CMAT scores, followed by the institute’s merit-based selection process.
