Since its establishment in 1995, the Institute of Business Studies has been dedicated to developing and enhancing managerial and leadership qualities through educational training and research activities. This mission has guided us through our evolution from the “MODI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE” to the “SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES” and now to the “INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS STUDIES.”

The programs offered by the institute are addressed to the dissemination of management education and training for achieving professional excellence through the development of analytical, communicative, and decision-making skills required for the successful manager in the modern world of business and industry by developing a value system to support the work culture and promoting efficiency. The major thrust is to provide opportunities to exercise the capabilities of organizing symposia and workshops to imbibe practical management aspects. Opportunities are also offered to students to interact independently with business and industry, technocrats, and experts and develop entrepreneurial aptitude. The academic program is reinforced by on-the-job training/summer training and Projects under the guidance of a faculty member.
