XAT Exam

Xavier Aptitude Test or popularly known as XAT is a national-level management entrance test organized by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to MBA/PGDM at XLRI and other XAT participating institutes across the country and the overall difficulty level of XAT is extreme.

XAT exam will be conducted on January every year. XLRI conducts XAT on behalf of XAMI. For more than 60 years XLRI is conducting XAT at Pan India level to shortlist the foremost relevent students for management education. The XAT score is being used by more than 150 B.school for the admission.

XAT is solely PC based exam and duration is 3½ hours from 10 AM to 1:35 PM. XLRI application has been embedded with XAT application. Candidates applying to XLRI do not have to fill up two individual forms. XAT is the second largest MBA entrance exam for MBA/PGDM after CAT. It is considered to be one of the difficult MBA entrance test in India that require a complete dedication and awareness.
